1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Centricom (the "Service"), operated by Centrify ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Centricom is an AI-powered team productivity platform that helps organizations capture tasks, events, and projects through Zalo OA chat and a web dashboard. Optional integrations include Google Calendar.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Centricom. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not belonging to you
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious content or use the Service to transmit spam
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission

5. Third-Party Integrations

Centricom integrates with third-party services including Zalo OA and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. You may revoke our access at any time via Settings.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Centricom (tasks, messages, attachments). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Centricom available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where reasonably possible.

9. Termination

You may stop using Centricom at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centrify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
