Welcome to Centricom ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Centrify. Centricom is an AI-powered team productivity platform delivered via Zalo OA and the web at com.centrify.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services, including integrations with Zalo OA and Google Calendar.
By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

- Zalo User ID (when you message our Zalo OA)
- Organization / team affiliation
2.2 Task & Conversation Data
- Messages and conversation history with our Zalo OA

- Comments, attachments, and related metadata
2.3 Google Calendar Data (optional)
- Google account email and basic profile (name, picture) — only after you explicitly connect Google
- Calendar events created by Centricom on your behalf (title, time, description, attendees)
- OAuth access & refresh tokens, stored encrypted at rest

2A. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use Disclosure
Centricom's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What Google data we access: When you connect your Google account, Centricom requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope. We use this only to create, update, and delete calendar events that correspond to events you create inside Centricom (for example, when you tell Centricom "schedule a meeting tomorrow at 3pm", we add that event to your Google Calendar).
How we use it:
- Only to provide the Google Calendar sync feature you explicitly enabled
- Not to serve advertising
- Not for human review, except (a) with your explicit consent for specific messages, (b) for security investigations, abuse, or legal compliance, or (c) for aggregated and anonymized purposes
- Not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing feature, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice to you
How we store it: Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect Google or delete your Centricom account.
Revoking access: You can revoke Centricom's access to your Google account at any time via Centricom Settings → Google Connection (Disconnect), or directly in your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:

- Responding to your inquiries and support requests
- Processing and managing appointment bookings
- Providing customer support through our chatbot

- Sending booking confirmations and reminders

Your data is securely stored on Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with enterprise-grade security measures.
